Breakfast.

Breakfast, a meal that is loved by many, myself included. Often eaten at times other then the morning the category of breakfast food is so vast!

The end of my day is drifting into the next as I type, it has been a long day. Good in many ways, and at the end I feel accomplished. Hungy, but accomplished.

Solution: Egg sandwich on pan toasted croissant
               Chocolate Protein shake
               Chili cinnamon banana



The sandwich!
1/2 stalk of celery thin slice
1/2 oz onion thin slice
1 oz butter
1 egg
fresh ground pepper
sea salt
chili powder to garnish
on a croissant toasted in the drippings from cooking the veg and egg.
