sharp rolled chicken + airbrush hero

This gem was waiting for me outside the grocery last night...





Now back to the pollo





...although it was a nice exercise in nostalgia, and kitchen equipment history I'm going to stick with a food processor...

four->egg wash->crumbs

1/4c flour
1egg
1oz water(egg wash)
2 pieces toast for crumbs
dash tarragon
2oz sharp cheddar
1/2c peas
1/8c white wine
2T butter
3T olive oil
S&P
