Caper-lemon Chicken

Took my cat Noir to the vet at 11pm. Got home at 1am. Hungry.
Luckily I had pre-marinated a chicken breast!








Marinade:
2 oz olive oil
1 T butter
1 oz lemon juice
+/- 10 capers with a little juice
thyme
oregano
S&P

Pan fried in butter with shaved carrots.
Easy, stress-free yum!
