It's been too long!

I moved to Lansing Michigan about a month ago, and life has been non-stop and stressful since I got here. Finally tonight I was the right mixture of starved and awake to get inspired to cook again! Here is the result :D

Chicken in creamy artichoke caper sauce

1 chicken breast
1/2c chenin blanc (only white in the fridge)
1/2c milk
1/3c minced onion
1/8c frozen peas
4 quarters of a marinated artichoke heart
1/2T capers
1/2 lemon squezed
1/2T roux
pinch each cayanne pepper, and tyme
